Aeroflot reminds passengers to abide by the requirements and guidelines set by the Russian Federation's Consumer Protection and Human Welfare Supervision Agency (Rospotrebnadzor) to prevent the spread of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 after the gradual reopening of international flights.

For passengers departing for Russia from countries that will resume international flights on August 1, the original 14-day quarantine system has been cancelled.

Passengers arriving in Russia by scheduled or chartered flights from countries that have resumed flights must fill in the information on the public service website (www.gosuslugi.ru) and upload the COVID-19 PCR test results within three days of arrival in Russia. During the flight, passengers also need to fill out a special form.

Foreign citizens planning to fly to Russia, including transit passengers, must provide a negative COVID-19 PCR test result before they can check in and board the plane. Passengers must be tested within 72 hours after flight departure. They also need to fill out special forms during the flight.

Please note that Aeroflot only accepts the results of the COVID-19 test using the PCR method. No other test results will be accepted, including antibody tests.

In Moscow, Sheremetyevo and Vnukovo airports, as well as many state-owned and private clinics can perform rapid PCR COVID-19 testing.

Passengers must wear masks and gloves when boarding and continue to wear them throughout the flight.
