In the evening of 27 July 2020, local time, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province announced that it would immediately enter a wartime state. According to officials, a person who had returned from Dalian without a disease caused thousands of people to be investigated. Netizens questioned why Fuzhou has to enter a wartime state wjem there is only one asymptomatic infected person?

According to party media reports, on 25 July, Fujian Provincial People’s Hospital reported a case of asymptomatic infection "imported from Dalian", by the surname of Chi, and a total of 3,606 close contacts were traced, including those who had contact with planes, buses, buses and other transportation. 461 people, and 712 people who came into contact with relevant places in Jin'an District, Taijiang District, and Gulou District. At present, 3460 people have been released from medical observation, and the rest are still under observation.

A video posted by a netizen showed that the official claimed that the asymptomatic infected person had a meal on a certain street in Fuzhou. Now dozens of shops and hundreds of people on the street are required to undergo nucleic acid testing.

Some netizens commented, "There is only one asymptomatic infected person, do they need to enter a wartime state?" Other netizens speculated that the so-called "Dalian import" may be just an excuse to cover up the truth of the Fuzhou outbreak.

Currently, there is an outbreak in Xinjiang, China. There is news that Urumqi is constructing a square cabin hospital and that Yining, the capital of Ili, has been locked down. In addition, the Dalian epidemic has continued to spread and has spread to the three northeastern provinces, and related cases have also appeared in Beijing.
