The Weekend Australian published an article on Friday that a report written by CCP military scientists and high-level CCP public health officials in 2015 discussed the use of SARS coronavirus as a “weapon”. The problem of “degradation”. U.S. State Department officials obtained this document in May last year while investigating the origin of SARS-CoV-2 (CCP virus).
The report is titled "The Non-natural Origin of SARS and Human-Based Virus Genetic Weapon". The article described the SARS coronavirus as heralding a "new era of genetic weapons" and said that they can be "manipulated" into "emerging human disease viruses" and then "weaponized and released in an unprecedented way."

The report also mentioned an article on biological weapons written by a former US military officer, and inferred from this that World War III "will be biological warfare" and the core of victory will be "biological weapons."
According to the National Defense University Tracking System of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI), among the 18 authors of the report, 10 are Chinese military scientists and CCP military scientists related to the Fourth Military Medical University (the Air Force Military Medical University in Xi’an, Shaanxi) Weapons expert. The school’s national defense research level is classified as “very high risk”, including medical and psychological science research.

Peter Jennings, the executive director of ASPI, told the media that the report was a "conclusive evidence" (smoking gun) they had obtained.
"I think this is important because it clearly shows that Chinese scientists are considering military applications of different strains of the coronavirus and how to deploy it." Jennings continued, "This is beginning to confirm a possibility that what we see here (referring to COVID-19) is an accidental leak of a pathogen used for military purposes."
He believes that this document may explain why the CCP has been trying to prevent outside investigations into the origin of the CCP virus.
"If this is a case of spread from the seafood market, then cooperation (investigating the origin of the virus) will be in China's interest... But what we see is the opposite." Jennings added.
The Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of the House of Commons of the United Kingdom, Thomas Tugendhat (Tom Tugendhat), and the Chairman of the Australian Parliamentary Intelligence and Security Joint Committee James Paterson both pointed out that this report has triggered the outside world to the CCP on the origin of the virus. A serious concern about the lack of transparency.
In addition, the CCP’s report is also discussed in the new book What Really Happened In Wuhan by Australian investigative reporter Sharri Markson (click here). It is reported that the book will be published by HarperCollins in September. [Click here to view the original text]
"This is a new virus. No one knows whether it was produced in the laboratory or because humans ate some animals that they shouldn't eat." Bolsonaro continued, "But the military is very sensitive to chemistry, biology, and Radioactive warfare is well known. Will we be fighting a new war? I want to know. Which country has the most GDP growth?"
The well-known political commentator Tang Jingyuan analyzed and pointed out that Bolsonaro clarified three key messages in just a few words: First, he was clearly suggesting that the CCP virus may come from a laboratory; second, the epidemic is more like a biological War; third, the countries with the largest GDP growth during the epidemic have problems.
Tang Jingyuan explained that since the outbreak of the epidemic in Wuhan, the only G20 economy that has achieved economic growth is China under the rule of the CCP, with a GDP growth rate of 2.3%. This is mainly due to the international community’s commitment to China’s medical industry chain and dependence.
