CCP military scientists once discussed SARS weaponization and predicted biological warfare

According to the National Defense University Tracking System of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI), among the 18 authors of the report, 10 are Chinese military scientists and CCP military scientists related to the Fourth Military Medical University (the Air Force Military Medical University in Xi’an, Shaanxi) Weapons expert.
