The epidemic in India is raging. CCP officials recently revealed that China has detected variant Indian strains in many places and warned that the epidemic is far from over. Facing a possible outbreak of another epidemic, Zhong Nanshan, a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, was anxious. When he attended a video seminar on the 8th, he said that China's universal vaccination rate is far from enough.

On 8 May, Zhong Nanshan delivered a video speech at the "2021 Hospital Management and Cancer Prevention Series Offline Seminar" at the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University. He said that the current global epidemic situation is still severe and the current China's CCP virus (new crown vaccine) vaccination rate is not yet High, it is far from enough for universal immunization, and we still need to pay great attention to risks.

On the same day, the National Health Commission of the Communist Party of China reported that 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported a total of 308.226 million doses of the Chinese Communist Party virus vaccine.

The CCP virus did not break out in Wuhan in 2019. Because the CCP concealed the epidemic, falsely claimed that the epidemic was preventable and controllable, and would not spread from person to person, and arrested front-line doctors who broke the news of the epidemic. This caused the epidemic to go out of control and spread rapidly throughout the world. So far, it has caused 150 million infections and more than 3.26 million deaths worldwide.

At present, the second wave of CCP virus epidemic in India is rapidly deteriorating. On April 29, Wu Zunyou, chief epidemiologist of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, warned at a press conference of the State Council of the Communist Party of China that India had detected variant strains in many places in China and warned that the epidemic prevention is far from over.

In the face of a possible outbreak of the epidemic, since the end of March, officials across China have been both soft and hard to require all people to be vaccinated. However, some people still refuse to vaccinate because of concerns about the safety of domestic vaccines.

Frequent deaths across the CCP

Although the CCP did not report death cases, relevant cases were frequently exposed online.

On 22 April, Yonhap News Agency reported that a South Korean national living in Shanghai, China, died at home after being vaccinated against the Chinese Communist Party virus in a Shanghai hospital. On  15 April, a netizen named "Shanxia Hanezi" said that his 28-year-old brother (a soldier, without medical history) died after being vaccinated with the Sinopharm Group's Beisheng inactivated vaccine in Shenzhen.

Netizens broke the news that a worker in the Beijing Sany Heavy Industry Workshop received the Kexing vaccine on 21 March and died on 23 March. Some netizens said that someone in Tianjin No. 1 Hospital was vaccinated and died suddenly 2 days later.

The outbreak of domestic vaccines inoculated by the Chinese Communist Party has exploded in various countries

Although the safety of the CCP's domestically produced vaccines has been questioned by the domestic people, it exaggerates the safety of its own vaccines internationally and at the same time engages in vaccine diplomacy. At present, Sinopharm vaccine has been approved by 45 countries, with 65 million doses; Kexing vaccine has been approved by 32 countries, providing 260 million doses to the world.

In countries such as Chile, Turkey, Brazil, Pakistan, Peru, and Hungary, 89% of the population has been vaccinated with the Chinese Communist Party's domestic vaccine.

Pakistan is currently experiencing the third wave of the epidemic, and the national infection rate has risen to 11%, the highest level since the epidemic. Pakistani President Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Imran Khan both tested positive for the virus after being vaccinated with the CCP vaccine.

So far, nearly one million people in Hungary have been vaccinated by China National Pharmaceutical Group, but the country has become the country with the highest mortality rate in the world.

Former Peruvian President Martin Vizcarra and his wife were the first foreign politicians to be vaccinated by the Chinese Communist Party. On 25 April, Vizcarra tweeted that he and his wife both tested positive.

In Brazil and Peru, there were also cases of severe adverse reactions, and the national medicine vaccine was once called off; the mortality rate in Hungary, Chile and other countries is still high.

On 5 March, "WillaxTV" TV station in Peru announced the clinical trial data of the Chinese virus vaccine in cooperation between Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia and Sinopharm.

Test data show that the inactivated vaccine developed by the Wuhan Institute of Biological Products of China National Pharmaceutical Group has an efficacy of only 11.5% against the CCP virus, and the efficacy of the vaccine developed by the Beijing Institute of Biochemistry is 33%.

The WHO urgently approves the use of China's Sinopharm vaccine

There was news last week that the WHO was reviewing data on two Chinese vaccines in order to approve emergency use this week. These two are respectively the inactivated virus vaccines of Sinopharm and Kexing. The BBIBP-CorV of the Beijing Institute of Biological Products approved this time by Sinopharm is also the earliest. It is said that the clinical effect has always been better than that of Wuhan.

As a whole, the WHO has approved the emergency use of vaccines. Six vaccines have been approved. There were five before: Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Covishield Vaccine  of the Serological Institute of India and Moderna.

There has always been concern about the vaccines of the Beijing Institute of Medicines, mainly because it has not provided detailed data so far except for its own claimed 79.34% effective protection rate. Most reports quoted Chinese media reports, not professional data.

This time, because of the evaluation by the WHO, there are finally some data, although the details are still lacking. The expert group has full confidence in the ability of Sinopharm vaccines to prevent diseases, and has "very low confidence" in the data that some patients have serious side effects.

First of all, all data are provided by Sinopharm and the country that conducts clinical trials. The WHO and any other party have not independently verified these data. These countries are not known for their cleanliness and accurate data.

The second is the selection of samples for clinical trials. According to the data released by the WHO, there is a rather strange phenomenon, that is, there are very few clinical trials for people over 60 years of age. In the third phase of the trial, the vaccine group and the placebo group were grouped by age. There were 13,556 and 13,559 people aged 18 to 59, and 21 and 95 cases (78.1% of the effective rate came from here), while there were only 206 and 209 people over 60 years old, and there were no cases.

This is somewhat abnormal in the selection of samples, because before this double mutation in India, there were many elderly cases in various countries and the mortality rate was also high. Whether selecting samples or looking at the effect, the elderly should be important. The number of elderly people here is only 1/60.

This time the assessment is made by the WHO Strategic Advisory Panel. It is not clear who this is composed of. But I have no confidence in the WHO expert team.

Last time, the WHO team of experts in cooperation with the Chinese Communist Party even described laboratory leaks as the most unlikely and recommended that no further research be made. The natural origin with the least evidence was regarded as the most probable, and everyone knew that there was an ecological conflict of interest. Dr. Peter Daszak of the EcoHealth Alliance stuffed it in to please the CCP.

It was only because the US government announced the fact-checking in advance and the former director of the CDC came out to give a speech to exert pressure, WHO Tedros had to change his words.

Maybe it was because of a sudden illness to go to the hospital, maybe it was because of the intervention of the CCP that the WHO did it. But this is a matter of human life after all. The WHO has been making mistakes and doing things that should not be done on the issue of the epidemic, from denying human-to-human transmission to advising countries not to close flights to China, to conducting joint research with the CCP. , I dare not even say about the origin of the investigation. Up to now, how much of the approved vaccine for the emergency use of Sinopharm is scientific and how much is political?

In terms of vaccine comparison, some countries that currently use Chinese vaccines do have some poorly controlled epidemics. For example, Chile used to have the third largest proportion of vaccinated people in the world, and more than 90% of them were CoronaVac.

Abandoning vaccine patents advocated by the United States

Patent is the guarantee of innovation. The development of Western science and technology depends on the formation and improvement of the patent system.

One consequence of the CCP’s theft of intellectual property rights is that companies in developed countries such as the United States lose their motivation to innovate, which is much more serious than direct economic losses.

In history, there are indeed inventors of major inventions who voluntarily gave up patents. For example, Roentgen did not apply for patents for the X-rays he invented and served all mankind, but such people are very rare. Inventions are entirely out of hobbies and dedication. Such people will always be a very small number. Most people need external motivation, and the benefit of patent protection is one of them.

Secondly, it is difficult for modern society to rely on individual inventions for major patents. Teams, companies, and even countries are needed. For example, mRNA vaccines are jointly developed by the government and companies, involving more than one patent, and no one has the absolute right to give up patents.

Of course, there are still many specific obstacles, such as how effective is the abandonment of patent protection? It is not estimated to be large, because production capacity and quality assurance are more important. Now, except for companies with patents, others cannot produce them even if they have patents.

The only exception may be China. China has production capacity. Once the United States abandons its patents, China can quickly start production. Yunnan has built the first mRNA vaccine production base with an annual production capacity of 120 million pieces. It was jointly developed by the Military Medical Research Institute, Suzhou Aibo Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Yunnan Watson Biotechnology Co., Ltd., but it is estimated to be technically not reach the level of two mRNAs in the United States.

Once the patent is abandoned, the first or even the only benefit is this project involving the CCP's military. This is probably an important reason why developed countries generally oppose it.
