TCM physician Chen Chaozong said, "Some studies have confirmed that combined Chinese and Western therapy, especially after the interventional treatment of 'Qing Guan No. 1', has better curative effects. After the development of this prescription, the patient can be discharged from the hospital quickly, and the yang can be turned into yin. I was discharged from the hospital after taking Yin for three times, and there were no sequelae such as pulmonary fibrosis or emphysema." 

 The producer of "Qing Guan No. 1" has been actively applying for drug certification since 2020 but because of the rigorous review of new drugs in Taiwan, it takes time and delays. It was too late to pass.

With the recent outbreak of the epidemic, the Ministry of Health and Welfare passed the "Emergency Authorization Temporary Drug Certificate" on 18 May, and on 19 May, Chinese medicine practitioners can immediately prescribe and administer medicine. 

TCM physician Chen Chaozong said, "We can prescribe it to patients when it is shipped out from the pharmaceutical factory. It should be available soon in the pharmaceutical factory but because there is no medical certificate, there is no way to distribute it to our Taiwanese market.” 

 In fact, this good medicine has been under research since the SARS period until April 2020. It has more experience in the treatment of Chinese medicine. It is jointly researched, developed by the National Institute of Chinese Medicine of the Ministry of Health and Welfare and clinical Chinese physicians and then consolidated into a report to apply for a patent, and it has been selling well overseas since 2020.
