Australian media recently disclosed that the U.S. State Department has obtained a confidential document from a high-level CCP military, which shows that the CCP is studying biochemical warfare and using "artificial bugs" to spread the SARS virus in the war zone. The exposure of this confidential document has once again aroused the attention of the outside world about the origin of SARS-CoV-2 ( CCP virus).

The CCP plans to weaponize the coronavirus

According to a report by The Sunday Australian on 8 May, when investigating the origin of the CCP virus in May last year, officials from the US State Department obtained a document written by Chinese military scientists and weapons experts in 2015.

This document, entitled "The Unnatural Origin of SARS and Human-Based Genetic Weapon of a New Virus," proves that the CCP had planned to weaponize the novel coronavirus five years ago.

The 18 authors who wrote the document include Li Feng (transliteration), deputy director of the CCP’s Epidemic Prevention Bureau, and the other authors are senior officials of the CCP’s public health and military.

The National Defense University tracking system of the Australian Strategic Policy Research Institute shows that 10 authors are scientists and weapons experts related to the Xi’an Air Force Military Medical University, and the military medical university’s national defense research level is classified as “very high risk”.

One of the authors is Xu Dezhong, a professor and doctoral supervisor in the Department of Military Epidemiology, Xi'an Air Force Military Medical University. During SARS in 2003, he was the leader of the SARS epidemic analysis expert group under the Ministry of Health of the Communist Party of China. He reported to the top leaders of the Chinese Communist Party’s Military Commission and the Ministry of Health 24 times and wrote 3 reports.

"Artificial bugs" spread SARS virus

According to the report, the SARS virus described in the document heralded "a new era of genetic weapons", stating that they can be "manipulated into emerging human disease viruses, and then turned into weapons, and released in a way that has never been seen before."

The CCP military commander predicts that biological weapons will be used in World War III. CCP scientific researchers have studied the use of "artificial bugs" to spread the SARS virus in the war zone as a biological and chemical weapon to attack the enemy.

One chapter of the paper states, "For example, the ability of newly discovered freeze-dried microorganisms makes it possible to store biological agents and vaporize them during attack." It also pointed out that "biological weapon attacks are best carried out at dawn, dusk, night or cloudy days, because strong sunlight will destroy pathogens."

The paper also wrote, "The main impact includes a huge burden on the healthcare system. The impact of biological weapons attacks is much longer than conventional attacks such as explosions. It may also carry prominent infectious diseases and may spread through various means."

The paper also pointed out that "biological weapons will not only cause widespread morbidity and mass casualties, but also induce terrible psychological pressure, which may affect combat effectiveness." "Just like other disasters, people will live in fear of the attack for a long time after the attack, causing short-term or long-lasting psychological damage to some people."

Digital forensic expert Robert Porter told The Australian that "these documents have been verified."

The origin of the CCP virus attracts attention again

The exposure of this confidential CCP military document has made the outside world question the source of the CCP virus that is spreading globally. Australian media "Sky News" program host (Sharri Markson) believes that this document provides a rare perspective to let people understand how senior Chinese military scientists think about biological research.

She believes that the CCP's interest in biological and chemical weapons is "very worrying."

She also said that this document is not necessarily related to the CCP virus. The CCP virus may not have been released "actively" from the CCP laboratory, but it cannot be ruled out as an "accidental" outflow.

Australian MP Tom Tugendhat and politician James Patterson told the Australian media that these secret documents “raised serious concerns about the ambitions of those who advise the top leadership of the party”.

Patterson pointed out that the CCP's apparent interest in biological weapons is "very worrying." Even under the highest limits, "these weapons are dangerous."

The spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Communist Party of China, Hua Chunying, argued at a regular press conference on the 10th that the "secret document" mentioned in the media report was only a "publicly issued academic book" and not a "secret document of the CCP army."

The Chinese Communist Party's official media Global Times also stated that it opposes the interpretation of the association between the Chinese military scientists' discussions on the weaponization of the SARS coronavirus and the ongoing epidemic of the CCP virus, attacking the Chinese Communist Party for lack of transparency in information on the origin of the novel coronavirus.

It is worth mentioning that the Sinclair Broadcasting Group of the United States exclusively reported on 3 May and on 27 May 2020, the US Department of Energy research organization "Z Division" released a confidential research report. It shows that the CCP virus may have leaked from a Chinese laboratory and caused a global pandemic.

According to a report held by the National Broadcasting Corporation, in October 2019, the mobile phone transmission and reception signals of the Wuhan P4 laboratory and nearby were almost zeroed and the traffic was stopped, and a "dangerous accident" was suspected.
