After the COVID-19 (covid, in short) epidemic in Wuhan  eased slightly, the China Communist Party (CCP) propaganda agencies began to shirk the responsibility of the CCP government to conceal the epidemic's harm to the world. Some members of the United States have criticized the Chinese government for "understatement" of the epidemic, and disclosed that the US Special Intelligence Committee is drafting a centering bill based on an investigation into China. Earlier, some Americans have initiated a nationwide class action lawsuit against the Chinese government to cover up the epidemic, which has caused the global covid pandemic with worldwide diagnoses exceeding 90,000 and almost 3,500 deaths.

At a time when governments have not yet been held accountable for the CCP's condemnation of concealing the epidemic's harm to the world, the CCP government has begun to make itself a "saviour of the world."

In a recent interview with Fox News, Republican Rep. Devin Nunes of California, USA, angrily attacked the Chinese government ’s inefficient way of dealing with the coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan, and criticized the Beijing authorities for their dictatorship rule on their Chinese nationals.

Nunez rebuked in the interview, "Think about it, the doctor who actually whistled (Li Wenliang) eventually died. If you look back at what the Chinese (the Chinese government) did. The epidemic might actually occur in late autumn, especially in the early winter. They were not telling people (prevention), not helping people learn how to deal with the epidemic. They were understating the epidemic."

As a senior member of the U.S. House of Representatives' Standing Special Intelligence Committee, Nunez also disclosed that the Special Intelligence Committee is drafting a bill against China (the Communist regime) based on an investigation into China.

Taiwan's "Freedom Times" pointed out in a related report that since the pneumonia outbreak in Wuhan, the diagnosis and death data provided by the Chinese government has been questioned by all walks of life. Last month, the statistical method was more blatantly changed. In line with the political needs of the authorities to promote forced resumption of work, the CCP ’s foreign propaganda has also stepped up efforts to reduce the responsibility of the CCP government for the outbreak of the epidemic and try to push the responsibility to other countries.

Earlier, some Americans have launched a class action lawsuit against the CCP government over the global covid pandemic.

According to a report published on 13 March 2020, Matthew Moore, a lawyer at Boca Raton, a Berman law group in Florida, said that after the covid epidemic broke out in Wuhan, China (the Chinese government) knew that the virus SARS-CoV-2 was dangerous but responded slowly. Not only did it fail to report and contain the virus quickly, it even adopting an ostrich policy, concealing the true epidemic situation, and only focused on safeguarding its own economic interests, eventually leading to an irresistible outbreak of the epidemic, so that "China has essentially become a huge virus culture dish" causing "great personal injury and psychological trauma" to people all over the world.

The indictment also accuses the Chinese government of “dangerous activities”, causing public suffering and harassment, and puts forward a number of incidents to prove that the Chinese government has not been responsible, including Wuhan Hubei’s concealment of the notification, public security admonition of 8 doctors who first disclosed the epidemic situation, The Wanjia Banquet in Wuhan, the virus leak at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and China’s request to strengthen the “Biological Experiment Management Law” after the outbreak.

In the indictment, the Chinese government, the National Health Commission of the Chinese Communist Party, the Emergency Management Department, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, Hubei Province, Wuhan City, etc. are the defendants, and the plaintiffs are four residents of Florida and Boca Raton’s "Baseball Player Training Center."
