Well-known Wuhan writer Fang Fang wrote in her online diary about the situation of COVID-19 (covid, in short) patients in Wuhan on 20 March 2020. She confirmed that there is no new official domestic covid data increase in Wuhan. She mentioned the Wuhan people hope that this "zero" record will continue until fourteen days later so that everyone can go out (after 1 April 2020).
The Wuhan people have recently been disturbed by information on Internet. It was reported online that more than 20 patients have been diagnosed in Tongji Hospital and doctors are afraid to report. Fang Fang consulted two doctor friends on this information.
A doctor friend told Fang Fang that there was misunderstanding. Now that there are more patients discharged, the remaining patients from the square cabin hospitals are placed in several designated hospitals. These patients are transferred cases. Another doctor told Fang Fang more simply, "The harsh system either tells the truth or ends the class".
Another popular Internet post goes that a patient diagnosed negative, discharged from the hospital was later diagnosed positive with covid but it was difficult for the patient to enter the hospital. This incident has caused many people to panic.
In this regard, Fang Fang asked two doctor friends again. A doctor friend said that there are very few negative-turned-positive covid cases. Another doctor friend replied similarly to the previous doctor, but he knows the situation better. He mentioned the designated hospital for treating covid has been adjusted. The patient in the post went to the wrong place, a non-specified hospital.
Later, the patient found a leader that he knew. Under the leader's persuasion, the hospital admitted the patient.
Doctor friends emphasized two points to Fang Fang and she recorded truthfully. There are some patients who have turned positive with covid. One type of patient is asymptomatic and thus not contagious. In addition, all patients are tracked by the hospitals. As long as the person is not well, he must find out which designated hospital admits covid patients, which hospital does not. The problem of not admitting covid patients does not exist.
Fang Fang wrote for Wuhan people, regardless of whether they are infected or not, they are more fragile and nervous than before.
