On 20 March 2020,  6parknews.com posted an "emergency epidemic report" from the medical frontline. The article stated that the outbreak in Wuchang District has again occurred, and more than 100 critically ill covid patients aged 16 to 91 years old were transferred at about 11 am from Wuhan People Hospital to Wuhan Jinyintan Hospital. Local doctors also revealed that the outbreaks in many communities in Wuchang have reconcentrated again, and some medical teams in Hubei were asked to go to Wuchang to extend their support.

According to news from Jinyintan Hospital, most patients had been intubated when they arrived at Jinyintan Hospital. Respiratory failure has occurred to varying degrees. Most patients also have renal failure, and some patients have myocarditis.

This is different from the previous situation. Previously, pneumonia with myocarditis was common, but this time with renal failure. This adds to the workload of the already overwhelmed Jinyintan Hospital frontline medical staff.

Earlier on 17 March 2020, Chongqing has organized an emergency rescue team consisting of only 83 people to rush to Wuchang District.

According to Jinyintan Hospital, it has a shortage of medical supplies. The stock of antibiotic moxifloxacin has bottomed out at the beginning of the month and has been out of stock since 11 March 2020.

Wuhan faces a high-risk of a second epidemic outbreak. Some patients have not been diagnosed even before they die. Because the authorities have stopped testing for viruses, at present, it cannot be ruled out that the emergency transfer of patients caused by the closures of the square cabin hospitals have brought such a complicated situation.

If the emergency transfer of patients occurred after the cancellation of the cabin hospital, it means that the number of cases in Wuhan before was much higher than the official actual number, and it was not high.

The article said that Wuhan people isolated at home are still in the dark. Covid in Wuhan appears to be bad.

Cluster infections in many communities in Wuchang

The Sound of Hope quoted a person working in a Wuhan hospital on 19 March 2020, revealing that the outbreak in many communities in Wuchang was concentrated and some medical teams assisting Hubei were asked to go to Wuchang for support.

A so-called "competition letter" from the eighth batch of support for the Hubei medical team from Chongqing was also exposed on the Internet. The signatures of about 85 team members have just retreated from Wuhan First Hospital and will go to Wuhan University People's Hospital in Wuchang District to extend their support.

The China Communist Party (CCP) media said that on 17 March 2020, 140 people from the Zhejiang University First Aid Medical Team and 171 people from the Second Zhejiang Medical Aid Team received emergency notices asking them to transfer to Wuhan Union Medical College West Hospital for support. On the same day, 142 people from the Shao Yifu Hospital of Zhejiang University assisted the Wuhan medical team were also notified to participate in the treatment of critically ill patients in Wuhan Pulmonary Hospital.

This shows that outbreaks have occurred in other parts of Wuhan.

The epidemic is fierce and the newspapers are not allowed to report about the outbreaks.

CCP claims there have been no new cases in Hubei for three consecutive days on 18 to 20 March. The People's Daily also issued the latest five-zero epidemic poster.

However, the nucleic acid test data from Wuhan shows that the epidemic is still fierce, and the actual number of newly confirmed cases in Wuhan is at least 22 times more than the "officially released data". Moreover, discharged patients are still infectious. Home-isolated patients may infect family members.

On 20 March 2020, some netizens exposed WeChat screenshots, showing that more than 100 cases were confirmed in Wuhan Tongji Hospital on 19 March with one confirmed case in the railway hospital. The district chief stayed with the hospital for one night.

More than 100 cases were diagnosed in Wuhan Tongji Hospital on 19 March. Under political pressure, doctors were afraid to report.

Qingshan District does not report or allow patients to be treated. Reports will be held accountable.

Netizens exposed eight new cases in Hankou Hospital on 18 March 2020.

At the same time, notices issued by several street offices in Wuhan showed that there were new cases in the districts under their jurisdiction on 19 March, and some residential buildings began to "close".

Among them, a notice issued by the Tangjiadun Sub-district Office said that on 19 March 2020, there were new cases in Lishui Kangcheng District, reminding residents to go out less frequently, wash their hands and wear masks, reduce shopping and reduce frequency of going out.

The notice from the residents committee of the Rose West Park Community of Jiangqiao Erqiao Street in Hanyang District states that there are 2 confirmed patients in Unit 116 of the Rose West Park community, and the Rose West Park community was closed in a single pair.

The Hanjiadun Community Neighborhood Committee has issued a more detailed notice and emphasized that the above patients and room numbers are inconvenient to be announced.

Radio Free Asia quoted a text message from a former volunteer who had worked in the hospital as saying that the rapid clearance of Wuhan's hospital was mainly due to political needs, and the government needed to "down the new data and raise the discharge data." However, 90 per cent of patients discharged from the hospital still carry the virus, and many return to their homes and infect their families and the entire community after returning home.
