Mr Yu said, "The whole Heilongjiang is not optimistic. It is still very serious. Mudanjiang and Suifenhe have also imposed community martial law. It is said that several cases have occurred in Qiqihar. Qiqihar has been concealing covid reports. Most of the outbreaks now happen. They are not reported, so it is unclear whether the epidemic is really under control, and no one knows. But from the overall epidemic situation, I feel that it is not under control. "
