At Haikou Meilan International Airport, passengers from some mainland Chinese cities need to walk along special passageways with passengers who have recently visited Wuhan. A notice board at the airport photographed by netizens reads: Passengers with travel history in Yuexiu District and Baiyun District of Guangzhou need to follow the same declaration route as Wuhan City, Hubei.

In addition, the same treatment will be given to passengers from Suifenhe, Heilongjiang, Manzhouli, Inner Mongolia, Jieyang City, Guangdong Province, and Baoan District, Shenzhen.

Another netizen showed a letter of commitment issued by an airport. Passengers were asked to promise that they had not been to the 6 locations of Yuexiu District, Baiyun District, Jieyang City, Manzhouli, Suifenhe City, Heilongjiang, and Baoan District, Shenzhen in the past 14 days or they will bear legal responsibility.

It is reported that Hainan Province has issued a notice on 14 April 2020. Guangdong Yuexiu District, Baiyun District, Inner Mongolia Manzhouli, Jieyang City, Heilongjiang Suifenhe City and Shenzhen Baoan District are all medium (high) risk areas. Passengers who have passed these locations must have a local nucleic acid negative certificate within 7 days before entering the province, and those who have already entered the province need to do a nucleic acid test.

The Guangzhou netizens who collected these pictures were based in Guangzhou and only posted posts to know the epidemic situation in Guangzhou.

Another resident of Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, flew to Kunming, Yunnan, and posted on WeChat that he became the subject of quarantine as soon as he landed. He also requested 14 days of quarantine in Yunnan. He rushed back to the station and flew back to Guangzhou on a flight.

There are also screenshots posted by Weibo netizens saying that in a group of parents, the class teacher asked the parents to inform them whether they have been to Guangzhou on April 1-14 and whether they are going to Guangzhou after the 15th.

Recently, there have been news on Twitter and  overseas media that an outbreak occurred in the African gathering area in Guangzhou, the authorities closed some areas, and the expulsion of Africans in Guangzhou triggered a diplomatic turmoil. African ambassadors to China jointly denounced the Chinese authorities.

According to other sources, Russia is expelling a large number of Chinese people in the territory. The epidemic situation in the nearby Suifenhe in Heilongjiang is surging. Many Chinese people who have been repatriated are diagnosed.

The Chinese in Guangzhou did not know that the local epidemic was escalating, which made one recall that the Wuhan people did not know about the outbreak. Some media reporters specifically interviewed several Guangzhou citizens by phone. The responses are as follows:

Miss Xia, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou asked, "Is it listed as an epidemic area? Isn't it?! Now that the prevention and control are much looser than the New Year. How can it become an epidemic area?"

Mr. Zhang from Sanyuanli, Guangzhou confirmed, "We are closed villages here, and I am not convenient to say more about others."

Ms. Jiang, Huadu District, Guangzhou, exclaimed, "The government did not say, I don't know! But I heard that the Baiyun District is very serious, and it is estimated that it will spread to our Huadu side soon."

Some commentators said that all this confirmed once again that the China Communist Party is concealing the epidemic from beginning to end. Maintaining stability is its first priority, and the safety of the people is not at all considered by the authorities.
