The COVID-19 pandemic has escalated in Guangzhou as the China Communist Party (CCP) raided African nationals in the name of pandemic prevention. Videos on the Internet show that a large number of Africans have been kicked out and are sleeping on the streets. Some people complained that they are not allowed to live in hotels due to water and food shortages, and they did not know where to go. At the same time, the CCP police were arresting Africans on the streets. Some were arrested by multiple policemen, and some were crushed to the ground.

Recently, media websites such as "Saharan Reporter" and GistAfri, which mainly focus on African news, reported that the Guangzhou municipal authorities of the CCP are chasing away local Africans from local communities and asking them to leave the houses they rented or hotels for mandatory quarantine.

Video streaming from the Internet shows that a large number of Africans in Guangzhou Sanyuanli district have been driven out by their landlords and are not allowed to live. Including some Africans who do business in the short term, no one is taken in, and a lot of them are sleeping on the streets.

According to local residents, there was a restaurant in which Africans were infected with SARS-CoV-2 and transmitted the virus to the Chinese, causing panic. At present, it is known that there are at least dozens of Blacks, that led to the closure of Yaotai Village where shops and schools have also closed down. Military and police officers were seen inspecting foreigners from house to house.

Residents also disclosed that a confirmed nurse bitten by a Nigerian diagnosed the man last week, who lives in Sanyuanli.

Twitter user "Lengshan Shiping" said, "This is a security risk and a virus transmission risk! Guangzhou is likely to become a gunpowder barrel that ignites southern China!"

There are other comments on Twitter about Africans chased away by the military and police officers in Guangzhou. They were not allowed to stay in houses and hotels. Communist Chinese police and military and community refusal to Africans show discrimination against Africans in mainland China since the start of the epidemic.

Twitter user "goodrick8964" comments Africans sleeping on the streets "is a hidden safety hazard and a hidden danger of virus transmission! Guangzhou is likely to become a gunpowder barrel that ignites South China! (https://youtu.be/MgFGcdQT-us).

There are also videos showing that a group of riot police with shields walking among the African crowd. These Africans held banners and wrote, "No home, no food, no water, no bath, this is how the (Communist) Chinese treat Africans."

The notice in Chinese and English provided by the African News Network reads: "According to the notice from the relevant government unit, from 15 April  to 27 April 2020, the street will organize African tenants in the jurisdiction to the designated place (the open space in front of the neighborhood ) for nucleic acid screening. Owners and residents are required to know and notify their families."

Affected by this quarantine measure were mainly Africans in Fujian and Guangdong. They accused the CCP of taking such actions very violently and worried that they might be infected by the virus during this period.

This wave of surprise quarantine originated in early April. According to a report by Dongguan Sunshine Network on 2 April, there were 6 new cases of foreign imports diagnosed in Guangzhou, including 2 African Nigerians. South China Morning Post said on 7 April 2020 that after the number of confirmed Nigerian cases increased to 5, the CCP is investigating the epidemic situation of "small Africa" in the African settlements in the city.

Sanyuanli and Yaotai Village, which are constantly mentioned on the Internet, are part of the "small Africa" community in Guangzhou. There are many wholesale markets, and many Africans live there.

Before, it was reported that dozens of Africans were diagnosed with covid, which led to the closure of the village, shops and schools in Yaotai Village. The CCP military police inspected foreigners from house to house. He also revealed that the diagnosed African who bit the nurse last week was from Sanyuanli.

Twitter account owner "daoge2018" commented there were 100,000 Africans around Sanyuanli six to seven years ago. Now there are 300,000 Africans in Guangzhou.

The Epoch Times reported on 8 April that Huangqi Street, Nanhai District, Foshan, adjacent to Guangzhou, also reported that there will be a community notice that Guangzhou will launch a major operation to check Africans and prevent them from pouring into the Huangqi area.

A male employee of a logistics company in Guangzhou confirmed the operation to Voice Of America (VOA). He said that the Africans had a partial development of the epidemic, but now they are all isolated and checked one by one, including those they contact. To check, this is now the case, no matter where they return from any place, they must be quarantined for 14 days when they return to China.

According to locals, a large number of CCP military police have entered Guangzhou and gone door to door for investigation. At the same time, military hospitals began to empty playgrounds and dormitories at the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and opened square cabin hospitals at any time, and Sanyuanli high-density settlement area has begun to install all community partition walls.

Many netizens believe that in order to shirk their responsibilities, the CCP authorities have already found a scapegoat to push the main cause of the second outbreak in Guangzhou to these Africans.

At present, most of the epidemic data notified by the CCP are "imported cases" and "input related cases". Public opinion also generally believes that the CCP has declared "staged success in the fight against the epidemic" and is now preparing to let the so-called "import cases" "backfire" for China's second outbreak.
