The Central Epidemic Epidemic Command Center in Taiwan announced on 20 April 2020 that they have sent  text messages to about 200,000 people to remind them that they had appeared in a certain place at the same time as the confirmed naval officers and soldiers of the Dunmu warship, and they must isolate themselves.

According to reports by Lianhe Zaobao, Taiwan’s The Freedom Times, United Daily News and China Times Electronic News, command center spokesman Zhuang Renxiang said that they had sent text messages this morning to the people who are of close proximity to the patients for more than 15 minutes.

The messages will not mention the time or place of the patient's appearance, but it will remind people who receive the messages that they may have the same activity history as a diagnosed person at a certain time and place.

It is understood that the Taiwan Navy Dunmu Fleet exploded with mass infections. After 24 confirmed officers and men disembarked on 15 April 2020, they had footprints in more than 30 locations in nine counties and cities across Taiwan.
