The international communities are demanding that the China Communist Party (CCP) government be held accountable for covering up the covid epidemic. Among them, the International Association of Jurists (ICJ) and the All India Bar Association (All India Bar Association) recently filed a complaint with the United Nations Human Rights Council, alleging that the Chinese government is suspected of secretly developing biological weapons capable of mass destruction of humans and leaking viruses, so that countries can suffer huge losses. They called on the United Nations to investigate CCP and asked CCP to make compensation for its crimes.

The London-based International Association of Jurists (ICJ) and the All India Bar Association (All India Bar Association) recently filed a complaint with the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC), calling for investigations into CCP on possible secret development of biological weapons capable of killing humans and incidents. Adish C. Aggarwala, the International Association of Jurists and Chairman of the All India Bar Association, signed and lodged the complaint.

According to Taiwan’s Freedom Times, the complaint accused the CCP of committing the crime of “seriously endangering humanity” in the National Responsibility Act for International Unlawful Acts passed by the United Nations in 2001.

The complaint stated that the spread of the covid virus in Wuhan has caused serious physical, psychological, economic, and social harm to the world, especially India ’s economy has been hit hard, and the supply and demand of commodities and immigrants have also been out of balance due to the outbreak of the epidemic.  China (the CCP government) should bear legal responsibility for this.

Agawa emphasized that covid is a conspiracy carefully planned by the CCP to destroy other countries through biological weapons and to make China a world power, a move that violates the International Health Regulations (IHR), international humanitarian law and world human rights declaration.

Agawa also pointed out that the Chinese Communist authorities not only deliberately suppressed the outbreak of the epidemic, but also did not issue a travel ban in time, which caused the passengers carrying the virus to move to various countries in the world; after the outbreak of the epidemic in the world, China is on the verge of buying stocks of the endangered economies to further control the world economy.

The complaint did not clearly state the specific amount of the claim against the CCP. However, the Indian analysis company Acuite Ratings & Research has also pointed out that the losses caused by India's various epidemic prevention measures alone amount to as much as $ 4.64 billion per day.

In addition, the British foreign policy think tank "Henry Jackson Society" (Henry Jackson Society) has also reported that there is evidence that the CCP violated international medical treaty responsibilities. At the same time, the society also sorted out and listed ten legal channels for compensation in major countries.

James Kraska, chairman of the Stockton International Law Center of the US Naval War College and professor of international maritime law, also recently wrote that the victims of covid can seek an international court or other court of international nature to file a lawsuit for up to several trillion dollars.
