Consolidating Hong Kong media reports, after the official implementation of the "Hong Kong version of the National Security Law", the third wave of the covid pandemic has hit Hong Kong after the Hong Kong National Security Law was implemented.

Following the addition of 14 confirmed covid cases on 7 July 2020, another 24 confirmed cases were added on 8 July 2020. On 9 July 2020, 19 more new local covid cases are added. To date, the cumulative number of confirmed cases in Hong Kong has increased to 1,342.

The National Security Office of the Communist Party of China in Hong Kong held an opening ceremony on 8 July to make Metropark Hotel Causeway Bay a temporary office. However, on the same day, 24 confirmed cases in Hong Kong surged, 19 of which are local cases.

There were 24 new confirmed diagnoses in Hong Kong on 8 July 2020, with a total of 1323 confirmed cases and 1 suspected case involving 14 men and 10 women, ranging from 31 to 92 years old, and 19 local cases, including Pingshi Village Binji Congee Noodles and Jordan Sin Fat Tea two or three more people in the restaurant group were infected.

Hong Kong-Thai Care's 1 diagnosed staff working in the upper level

Eight patients were related to "Hong Kong-Thai Care Center Co., Ltd." located in Yuhuali, including 4 members and 4 staff members, which increased the number of infected persons to 9 persons. Among them, the 85-year-old female member who was diagnosed the day before yesterday and yesterday The diagnosed 57-year-old female employee and 79-year-old male hospital friend presented with symptoms on 6 July, which was the earliest among the temporary patients. Two employees are asymptomatic. Zhang Zhujun said that one of the diagnosed employees was a cleaner, while working in the "Hong Kong-Thai Care Center" upstairs.

Yuhua Gangtai 4 employees live in the same building, subject to quarantine

There is another Yuhua Nursing Home in Yuhuali. Check the company registry information. Yuhua Nursing Home also belongs to Gangtai Care Group Co., Ltd. When asked whether the two institutions will share employees, Zhang Zhujun said that the employees "will not walk on both sides", but there are employees who share accommodation, 6 Hong Kong and Thailand employees live in the staff dormitory of Wannian Theater Building, and two Gaotai Building dormitories have two Hong Kong and Thailand All employees and two Yuhua Nursing Home staff must be sent to the quarantine center. The Centre for Health Protection has sent deep-throat saliva sample bottles to the two institutions and will pay attention to the test results.

Zhang Zhujun said that in the 1302 case, a 79-year-old male fellow diagnosed yesterday was able to go out on weekdays. Two or three fellows in the residence can freely enter and leave the residence, but they still need to know whereabouts and point out that both the fellow and staff have The virus may be brought into the hospital, and the source of the virus in the hospital group has not yet been determined.

A few days ago, Zhang Zhujun said that the hospital concerned was not allowed to visit, but she revealed yesterday that there were 3 relatives and friends who "rushed in" to visit the family members, all of whom were listed as close contacts for quarantine. The Chairman of the Elderly Commission, Lin Zhengcai, believes that in the epidemic situation, the residential and community should be separated as much as possible, and allowing residents to freely enter and exit is equivalent to breaking the "firewall".

In the past two days, there were 10 local cases of unknown origin. The addresses of the patients were all over Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. The authorities were clueless, including 5 yesterday. One of the 64-year-old man lived in the Jade House in Pingshi Village, but Gu Binji was not alone. Xu Shuchang, a lecturer in the Department of Respiratory System at CUHK, believes that this time the situation is more menacing than the previous two waves. It is believed that the risk of community outbreaks is higher and the difficulty of epidemic control is higher than before.

Zhang urges to tighten social distance measures
"The degree depends on the government"

Zhang Zhujun said that many cases involved bar gatherings in March, but the source of many cases is currently unknown, admitting "very worried", and accusing foreign experience of "it is easy to break out sharply", the spread of  SARS-CoV-2 is high, if the public is lax , "(Cases) will surge by multiples." She believes that it is time to tighten social distance measures, and the degree of tightening depends on the decision of senior government officials. She also pointed out that the new wave of confirmed cases is generally high in the amount of virus, but I do not know the reason and worry about whether the infectivity will be high.

Yuan Guoyong, a lecturer professor of the Department of Microbiology of the University of Hong Kong, said on the commercial channel that some of the nursing homes have a harsh environment, which is weak in ventilation, the distance between the elderly and the employees’ ability to implement infection control is weak. The industry by nature is offensive and the staff turnover is large. It is difficult to do enough. He said that when a visitor or employee gets sick, it will break out in the nursing home. "When they (elders) are "'provoked" (infected) they became miserable, because the mortality rate will be high."

What does the third wave of the covid epidemic signify to Hong Kong and CCP?

Zhang Zhujun, Director of the Department of Infectious Diseases of the Hong Kong Center for Health Protection, said on 8 July that many local cases are currently unable to find the source, and the newly diagnosed patients have a higher viral load than the previous patients, which is more infectious or stronger, but the reason is unknown and worrying.

The Director for Food and Health Bureau of Hong Kong, Chen Zhaoshi, said that local cases and community infections have recurred in Hong Kong in a short period of time. This is an important warning sign. The Hong Kong government will tighten measures such as the "restriction order".

Regarding the third wave of the epidemic in Hong Kong, some people in Hong Kong believe that the CCP may continue to seal the customs on the basis of the epidemic to prevent Hong Kong people from leaving, or intimidate foreign governments from daring to accept Hong Kong people.

Some netizens said in the discussion forum in Liandeng, "It must be a flight cut to seal the airport script"; "Using Hong Kong to change the epidemic port, and others have blocked Hong Kong from leaving you."

Some netizens said, "The National Security Law passed, and the mainland armed police arrived in Hong Kong." It implied that there might be an armed police that brought an epidemic from the mainland.

Some netizens believe that "it is also possible that after the implementation of the National Security Law, some people expressed support for the evil law, so incurring SARS-CoV-2 does not rule out this possibility."

The Epoch Times special feature "Viruses Coming Against the Communist Party" pointed out, "In history, most dynasties were accompanied by natural disasters and plagues, which ended that dynasty. Taking history as a mirror, it is not difficult to see the spreading trend of Wuhan's plague in various countries in the world today. The virus came out against the CCP. Today’s world is already a global village. Any country, city, organization, or individual that is closely related to the CCP may become the target of selective virus infection and become a victim of the CCP’s evil party. "

Current affairs commentator Liu Xiliang said in his YouTube "Urban Walled" program on 7 July that the CCP pushed the "Hong Kong version of the National Security Law" as if it burned Hong Kong people's homes, but the CCP itself could not escape. Under the epidemic, the free world has formed an anti-communist consensus. He also said: "The country of CCP is about to perish. When you see such an epidemic, it usually appears at the end of the dynasty in Chinese history."
