The second wave of covid outbreaks struck Beijing. The authorities announced on  14 June that 57 new cases were confirmed. It is said that the real data will be multiplied by 10 times, and close contacts will involve hundreds of thousands. More than 10 provinces and cities are currently warning citizens not to go to Beijing. Some analysts believe that the segregation of Beijing by all localities seems to be an epidemic prevention, but it is actually a prelude to the disintegration of the CCP and the change of  dynasty.

According to a report on the website of the National Health Commission of the PRC on 14 June 2020, Beijing has added 57 confirmed symptomatic covid cases, which is the highest record since April, of which 36 cases were from Beijing. However, it was reported that the actual diagnosed cases may be 10 times the official figures.

Most newly confirmed cases are related to Xinfadi Market. Official media said that quarantine personnel found the virus on the cutting board for cutting imported salmon.

After the outbreak, the Beijing authorities have removed all salmon products overnight, and announced the cancellation of various sports events, postponement of some students to resume classes, and banned group dinners. Many tourist attractions are also closed. Fengtai District, where the market is located, announced the launch of the "wartime mechanism".

The Beijing Xinfadi Market was taken over by the police on the 13th and was guarded by a large number of armed police and public security. The hotels around the market have been requisitioned for isolation.

In addition to the closure of the Xinfadi Market, the 11 surrounding communities are under closed management. The authorities require all people who have visited the Xinfadi Market to go to Xuanwu Stadium for investigation.

On the 14th, news spread madly on the Internet that the authorities used Alipay and WeChat to lock 350,000 people who had visited the wholesale market in Xinfadi. Although Alipay rumors that no relevant data has been provided, thousands of people have queued up in Beijing hospitals to wait for testing.

In a tense atmosphere, Cai Qi, Secretary of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee, held three consecutive epidemic prevention and control meetings on the 12th and 13th, announcing that "Beijing has entered an extraordinary period." The State Council of the Communist Party of China convened a meeting on 14 June, demanding that the source of the investigation be strictly checked and that the spread be firmly contained.

More than ten provinces and cities have warned citizens not to enter Beijing

To make matters worse, Beijing's second wave of epidemics has spread to Liaoning Province. Two new asymptomatic infections occurred in Liaoning on June 12, and they were all close contacts of confirmed cases reported on 12 June in Beijing.

Some netizens have revealed that Hebei has refused entry for Beijingers, and Tianjin has also started to investigate whether citizens have a history of living in Beijing.

Reports from the land media show that at least a dozen provinces and cities have warned citizens not to go to Beijing, including Liaocheng, Zibo, Qianan and Dingzhou in Hebei, Tongliao, Ordos, Tianjin, Dalian, Yingkou, Dandong, Suzhou, Jiangsu, Shanxi Luliang, Heilongjiang Daqing and Harbin all issued warnings or investigation notices: Strengthen the management of returnees in Beijing. If not necessary, do not travel to Beijing in the near future.

In more places, control measures will be taken to comprehensively investigate people in relevant key areas in Beijing, all of which shall be isolated.

The spread of some social videos on the Internet also shows that some neighborhood committees broadcast through a tweeter: "Citizens who have been to Beijing in the past two weeks, please report to the neighborhood committee..."

Zheng Zhongyuan, a commentator of he Vision Times, said that it is of course necessary for local authorities to do so, because the epidemic in Beijing has spread to Liaoning and Jilin provinces. On June 13, the Beijing CDC reported that Mr Wang, a resident of the fifth district of Jingwang home in Chaoyang District, Beijing, was diagnosed as an asymptomatic infected person during a business trip in Shenyang.

Many netizens pointed out that the official data of the Communist Party of China is not credible. It is believed that the actual number of cases of infection with SARS-CoV-2 is much higher than the official number.

Before the disintegration of the Chinese Communist Party

Zheng Zhongyuan said that this is because the CCP system already has a chronic disease that "decrees can't leave Zhongnanhai". This time, there may be an outbreak due to changes in astronomical phenomena. Because this is a plague, and the capital Beijing, which has always been known as the most heavily protected, has now been reduced to the second wave of the epidemic, and the official admitted that the future development is unpredictable.

He believes that once the epidemic worsens and even the top executives of Zhongnanhai have fled, does this centralized power still exist? Zhongyuan believes that if the epidemic in Beijing is prolonged and the situation deteriorates, all parts of the country will act independently and isolate Beijing in an all-round way. Because there are military regions everywhere, the military heads and local rulers form alliances, and the situation of separation from the princes may appear on the mainland.

Under such circumstances, the Chinese Communist Party's high-level officials are self-sufficient. Tthe Hong Kong version of the national security laws that suppresses the people of Hong Kong, and the military control of Taiwan, have become bubbles.

Zheng Zhongyuan said, in fact, on the first day of the two sessions of the CCP,  Beijing suddenly felt like day and night, and darkness like ink, and then thunder and lightning follow, and heavy rain and hail fell. The extremely bad weather have long foreshadowed the badness of the CCP regime. Nowadays, the need to isolate Beijing by the world seems to be the need for epidemic prevention. In fact, it may be the prelude to the disintegration of the CCP and the change of dynasty.

At 3 pm on 21 May, at the same time the CPPCC meeting of the two sessions of the CCP held the opening ceremony, the sky in Beijing was suddenly dark like ink, heavy rain and hail were pouring down, slamming down with lightning. Netizens have heatedly said that this strange sky phenomenon is not simply a coincidence, but a warning by God. This is to "annihilate the CCP!"

Up to now, a major plague has swept the world for more than 6 months. Throughout Chinese history, many major plagues have been associated with changes in the dynasty. At the end of each dynasty, the rulers were often incompetent, natural disasters and human disasters continued, flooding, frequent earthquakes, hungry people uprising everywhere, social unrest follow.

In the end, plagues, floods, and wars have claimed the lives of countless people. Only those with good intentions and high morals can survive.
