Epidemic in Henan? Large farmers' market in Zhengzhou is suddenly closed

In recent days, there has been a surge in covid cases in Beijing, and the largest agricultural product market Xinfadi has become the focus of the second wave of covid epidemic in the capital. At present, the six major farmers' markets in Beijing, including this market, have been closed, and there are also long queues for nucleic acid detection in many places in Beijing. It is said that these people have been to the Xinfadi Market recently.

Just as the Beijing epidemic broke out and the agricultural product market was closed, on 14 June, some netizens uploaded a video saying that the Wanbang International Wholesale Market in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, was suddenly locked.

However, as of press time, the official of the Communist Party of China has not announced the specific reasons for the closure of the Zhengzhou market. According to reports, this large farmer's market, located more than ten kilometers away from Zhengzhou City, is equivalent to Beijing's Xinfadi Market.
