Hao Haidong's declaration to destroy the Communist Party shocked the world

Former Chinese football star Hao Haidong's recent declaration on destroying the Communist Party has shocked the world and set off the Internet. According to the WeChat index, the search volume for "Hao Haidong" on June 4 surged within a day 22 times. Hao Haidong turned to Twitter after his Chinese social account was blocked, and 38,000 people followed overnight. Some netizens said that on June 4th, Google searched the "New China Federation" more than 1.1 billion times.

On June 4th, on the 31st anniversary of June 4th, after 7 am, the ceremony for the declaration of the founding of the New China Federation known also as "New Federal State of China", led by Chinese exiled Chinese tycoon Guo Wengui, was broadcast live on the Internet.

At the declaration ceremony, Steve Bannon, the former chief strategic adviser of the White House, read out the English version of the declaration; Hao Haidong read out the Chinese declaration on the live broadcast, counting the anti-human atrocities after the CCP’s establishment of the government, "Ignoring human rights, destroying humanity, trampling democracy, violating the legal system, tearing up contracts, blood-washing Hong Kong, killing Tibetans, exporting corruption,  endangering the world with SARS-CoV-2." and announced the establishment of the New China Federation, expressing the nation-building program.

Hao Haidong’s declaration shocked both home and abroad. According to the Twitter account “Financial Truth”, there were nearly 9.87 million searches for “Hao Haidong” in WeChat on June 4th, compared with 430,000 data on June 3rd, the searches soared 2195.34% in one day. Some netizens also found that Google searches on New China Federation over 1.1 billion times on June 4.

Hao Haidong and his wife Ye Zhaoying were quickly blocked by the Chinese Communist Party authorities, and the WeChat and Weibo of the Hao Haidong couple were all banned. Sina Sports' news about Hao Haidong has all turned off the comment function. The Weibo of Hao Haidong’s son Hao Runze could be opened at first, but after the influx of a large number of titles such as “His Royal Highness Prince” and “Federal Prince”, the comment area was also blocked.

According to comprehensive media reports, the name "Hao Haidong" instantly became a sensitive search name on the mainland Internet. The CCP media did not even dare to mention his name, and only replaced it with the first pinyin "H" of his surname, condemning and criticizing him 

After Hao Haidong switched to Twitter, there were 38,000 followers overnight. Hao Haidong said when launching Twitter, "Because tools such as Weibo are blocked, I will use this twitter to communicate with everyone in the future. Please support me!"

Not only have "Hao Haidong" and "New China Federation" become popular search terms, but many netizens have also focused their attention on the "New China Federation" passport, saying, "If the new China Federation begins to be recognized internationally, this passport must be better than the CCP’s. "It's valuable", "Imagine that in the future, Chinese people holding this passport can freely enter and leave the European and American countries, but the CCP's existing passports can't. This is for ordinary domestic people who don't care about politics but care about whether they can go abroad. What will happen? What kind of influence?", "European and American visa exemption is certain, I want a copy, the first one to register".

American senior media person and critic Cao Changqing tweeted praised Hao Haidong and Ye Zhaoying's act of declaring war on the communist dictatorship. They believed that to achieve the couple's achievements in the Chinese sports industry, it would take great courage to disregard personal gains and losses.

Cao Changqing also said, "The CCP’s immediate message to block them is enough to prove that the anti-communist signal that the Hao Haidong couple sent to the Chinese people is shocking."

Deutsche Welle reported that Hao Haidong was a soldier of the Communist Party of China, and had intersects with China's political and business leaders. Whether in terms of social status, personal connections, and personal wealth, they are considered to be the elite class with vested interests. Nowadays, his high-profile participation in "founding of the country" is difficult for his colleagues to understand.

The report said that some people familiar with Hao Haidong believed that his thought formation was related to the unfair treatment he witnessed and experienced in the CCP system, and then he went to the UK to study and teach. During his life abroad, Hao Haidong was able to think from a third-party perspective to examine various issues in the Chinese sports community and Chinese society.
