The CCP was questioned to conceal the domestic epidemic. The US media recently disclosed the big data map of the epidemic situation produced by the National Defense University of Science and Technology, and found that more than 640,000 cases were updated, covering 230 cities across the country. Moreover, this is still an incomplete statistical data.
On 13 May 2020, the US Foreign Policy reported on a suspected CCP "internal reference" database provided by anonymous individuals. The database is produced by the National University of Defense Technology in Changsha, which is affiliated to the Central Military Commission of the Communist Party of China. The database was integrated into a site map called "Big Data for Warfare Recovery" (URL: https://www.nudtdata.com.cn/). Although the site map is open to the public, it is not widely known.
"Foreign Policy" reports that although the database is not comprehensive enough, it is very rich, including more than 640,000 information updates, covering at least 230 cities. In other words, there are more than 640,000 pieces of information showing the number of cases at a specific location. Each data update includes the location's latitude, longitude, and number of confirmed cases. The date range is from early February to late April.
Taiwan’s “Shang Bao” inspected the website on May 15 and found that the data map can be enlarged to display the epidemic data of each community, including the number of diagnoses, the number of suspects, the number of deaths, the number of cured and the number of asymptomatic infections. However, when examining hundreds of epidemic signs, none of them showed "the number of deaths." In addition, there are many places that only show "there was an epidemic", but there is no specific number of infections.

The lower left corner of the map shows the R & D team and production list of the database, and claims that the map is made by collecting information from various provinces and municipal health construction commissions, Tencent and other platforms, but the statement does not guarantee that the data is completely accurate. "Please understand and use the data correctly."
As of press time, NTD reporters tried to access the map and found that the website could no longer be opened.
On the large map of the map, the number of confirmed diagnoses in the provinces officially notified by the CCP is still displayed. However, more than 640,000 data updates show that the confirmed data of the income in the database is much larger than the official notification figures. Although 640,000 pieces of information do not accurately represent 640,000 confirmed cases, they also partially reflect the true infection data.

This is only an estimate for March.
