The news that the Chinese Communist Party forced the "Hong Kong version of the National Security Law" shocked the world. At this sensitive time, the speech of former Chinese Communist Prime Minister Zhu Rongji on Hong Kong was madly spread online. Zhu said that if Hong Kong's sovereignty is transferred to Beijing, if it breaks down, wouldn't the CCP become a national sinner?

The "Hong Kong version of the National Security Law" announced by the CCP will give the CCP greater control over Hong Kong and may weaken the freedom that Hong Kong has, the freedom that distinguishes Hong Kong from China.

The contents of the "Hong Kong version of the National Security Law" include "dividing the country", "subverting the Central People's Government", "foreign interference" and "terrorist acts". It is reported that the new law does not need to be reviewed by the Hong Kong Legislative Council, and will be directly included in Annex III of the Basic Law to be implemented in Hong Kong.

This evil law essentially subverts the remaining freedom of Hong Kong, ruining Hong Kong's "one country, two systems" and putting Hong Kong under the control of the CCP.

This evil law, announced on 21 May 2020, once again ignited fears, anger and protests about the growing influence of the CCP ’s authoritarian government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and also aroused people ’s concerns.

On 23 May, the Internet heard a former Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji's talk about Hong Kong. This video is Zhu Rongji's internal speech at the Government House in Hong Kong. The Communist Party media at the time did not report it. Looking at this video now, it's a bit "lifting the ban".

The online media that distributed the video said that Hong Kong's one country, two systems had reached a critical moment. Where is Hong Kong today? The central government ’s position on Hong Kong has been very clear since Deng Xiaoping. In Zhu Rongji ’s speech, more humane things were revealed. Some people worried about Hong Kong ’s tomorrow. This speech did not evade this issue. Hong Kong ’s position has been from Zhu Rongji I also saw some important information in my speech.

The specific time of this video is 19 November 2002, when Zhu Rongji, then the prime minister of the Communist Party of China, attended the welcome dinner hosted by the Hong Kong SAR Government at the Government House. During the period, he gave a speech for nearly half an hour in response to the situation in Hong Kong at that time.

The economy of Hong Kong was at the bottom at that time. Chief Executive Tung Chee-hwa appealed to Zhu Rongji for visiting Hong Kong. Zhu Rongji pointed out in his impromptu speech that Hong Kong ’s advantages have not been lost, and its competitiveness and economic strength have not been reduced. difficult.

Zhu Rongji emphasized that as a shining pearl in China, Hong Kong is very promising and promising. We should hope for more than 6 million people in Hong Kong and the younger generation in Hong Kong ...

He said, "I don't believe that Hong Kong will fail. If Hong Kong fails, not only the officials of the Hong Kong government, but also the central government of Beijing will also be responsible. If Hong Kong returns to the motherland and we break it in our hands, wouldn’t we be a national sinner? ?Will not!"

After the speech, when Zhu Rongji stepped down, he suddenly shouted "I love Hong Kong", which caused endless applause from the venue and won praise from all walks of life in Hong Kong.

However, in recent years, the CCP ’s top management has promoted various regulations and laws, and has frequently taken action on the Hong Kong issue. Even in the economic, political, and diplomatic fields, adverse consequences have been spared. The highly autonomous "one country, two systems" framework has triggered social unrest in Hong Kong.

Looking back at the 1984 "Sino-British Joint Statement" formally signed, "one country, two systems" was determined and filed with the United Nations. British legal expert Martin Dinham reminded that there is no termination rule in the "Sino-British Joint Declaration" and it cannot be unilaterally terminated.

After the British returned to Hong Kong in 1997, they have been supervising the implementation of "one country, two systems" in accordance with the provisions of the "Sino-British Joint Statement". Hong Kong ’s capitalist system and way of life will remain unchanged for 50 years, and the socialist system will not be implemented in Hong Kong.

Looking again at Hong Kong today, it was found that the CCP leader Deng Xiaoping had “invented” the “one country, two systems” under the frustration of having to accept Britain ’s “sovereignty for governing power”. Time bomb. It's just that the CCP detonated the bomb ahead of time.

Since the transfer of Hong Kong's sovereignty to Beijing, the CCP has begun to infiltrate and control Hong Kong from all walks of life, and has continued to delay the general election of the Chief Executive. The Liaison Office and the Hong Kong and Macao Office directly direct the operation of the Hong Kong Government.

From 2002 to 2004, there were "23 evil laws" that caused 500,000 Hong Kong people to march against and were forced to terminate. It should be regarded as the first small showdown of "One Country, Two Systems" and the first small victory of Hong Kong people.

In June 2014, the Hong Kong people launched a referendum on the 2017 Chief Executive Election and collected public opinions. Eventually, 790,000 people participated in the referendum, showing that public opinion is about to seek universal suffrage for the Chief Executive. However, the Chinese Communist Party controlled the "small circle elections" and rejected the "true general elections", which directly led to the "occupation movement" among the people of Hong Kong.

On 28 September 2014, tens of thousands of people took to the streets and students went out of class, vowing to fight for "true universal suffrage." The Hong Kong Police rarely fired many tear gas. The police abused force and attracted more people to protest. That night, more than 100,000 people took to the streets to protest. The "One Country, Two Systems" showdown was launched in Hong Kong for the second time.

The second showdown of "One Country, Two Systems" lasted for more than two months and evolved into the "Umbrella Movement". On December 15 of the same year, the police cleared a large area in Causeway Bay and arrested some protesters. The "Umbrella Movement" was forced to come to an end.

In March 2017, Lin Zhengyue, supported by the Chinese Communist Party ’s Jiang Zemin Group, became the chief executive of Hong Kong through the “small circle election” controlled by the Chinese Communist Party.

In 2019, high-level Communist Party members of China intend to introduce the "Send to China Regulations" in Hong Kong. On March 15, the Hong Kong people's "anti-send to China" movement kicked off. On June 9, millions of Hong Kong people marched and the "one country, two systems" big showdown broke out in 2019.

The anti-sending struggle was silent for a while after the outbreak of the CCP virus. On the evening of May 21st, when the Chinese Communist Party announced the "Hong Kong version of the National Security Law," protests again appeared in many places in Hong Kong. The protesters shouted slogans and waved flags, and called on the public to participate in the Causeway Bay Anti-National Anthem Law Parade on May 24 Japan participated in the "Big Three Strike."

In 2019, the Chinese Communist Party issued the "Send to China Regulations" in Hong Kong, which triggered many months of anti-send protests. Now, regardless of public opinion, if Hong Kong's version of the National Security Law is pushed forward, it will inevitably lead to another greater struggle.
