Before the opening of the "two sessions" of the Communist Party of China, the official newly confirmed diagnosis data should be "cleared". At the same time, outbreaks in Wuhan and the three northeastern provinces are continuing. According to US media sources, Chinese medical device manufacturers have recently received a large number of orders from the Chinese government and are unable to export. The authorities are suspected of preparing for the second wave of the epidemic.

The New York Post reported on Wednesday that New York trader Moshe Malamud, who has been operating in China for more than 20 years, has delivered tens of millions of personal protective equipment (PPE) to the United States during the outbreak. But in recent weeks, Chinese suppliers have told Malamud that they cannot continue to provide him with PPE equipment because of the surge in orders from the Chinese government.

One of the larger distributors stated that they had just signed a contract with the Chinese government to produce 250 million pieces of protective clothing, and could no longer sign new major orders with Malamud. But the distributor did not disclose why the official ordered a large number of protective clothing.

Malamud also said that he also heard a lot of similar news from thermometer manufacturers and many other manufacturers. They said, "We can give you a little bit, but basically, from now until the end of summer, we are making every effort to manufacture equipment for the government in response to the second wave of outbreaks."

A similar situation happened to Michael Kule, the founder of AFA Sourcing. Kuller said that a factory he knew had no longer accepted his orders after the government ordered 200 million items.

Kuller believes that the China Communist Party may not deliberately not sell goods to the United States, but to ensure that it has priority in obtaining supplies when necessary. Therefore, if there is a good factory, the CCP will take over.

The report said that as China's epidemic crisis intensified, the CCP appeared to have banned Chinese manufacturers from exporting medical products last month.

Since April, outbreaks have occurred in Wuhan, Hubei, Mudanjiang, Harbin in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Shulan in Jilin and Shenyang in Liaoning. Bloomberg reported on Monday that people in many cities and counties in Northeast China are still blocked, and about 108 million people are in a state of incontinence. On the same day, the land media Caixin Weekly disclosed that more than 90 people were diagnosed and many died in a nosocomial infection in the first hospital of Harbin Medical University.

However, with the opening of the "two sessions" of the Communist Party of China, the official announcement data responded "towards good". The National Health Commission of  PRC announced on Saturday that the newly diagnosed cases nationwide "cleared" for the first time on Friday. Friday is the opening day of the Chinese National People's Congress. According to external analysis, the CCP obviously used "political zeroing" to create an atmosphere for the "two sessions."
