425 covid patients discharged from Singapore hospitals, 1 imported case on 10 May 2020

425 people were discharged from Singapore hospitals on 10 May 2020 (Sunday), a new one-day high. Among the four community cases, there is one more Acacia Home resident.

Of the 876 new cases added on 10 May, 860 are holders of work permits living in dormitories, and 11 were holders of work permits living outside dormitories. Four others are local community cases, three of them are Singapore citizens and permanent residents, and one is a long-term permit holder.

There is also an imported case on Sunday. The patient is a local man returning from Qatar.

The number of infection cluster have increased by another five, mainly in factories of industrial areas.

The total number of covid cases in Singapore has reached 23,336. As of noon on Sunday,  the number of patients staying in the intensive care unit decreased by one to 22 people.
