A number of athletes from several European countries recently told European media that they had experienced symptoms of covid and highly similar diseases during the Wuhan Military Games, nonetheless the 7th CISM Military World Games.

The Wuhan Military Games was held from 18 October to 27 October 2019, and British and American intelligence personnel found that from 7 October to 24 October 2019, the dynamics of mobile phone sending and receiving signals in the area where the Wuhan P4 laboratory was located completely disappeared and traffic stopped. They judged that the laboratory was likely to have a "hazardous event" at that time.

According to a report by Radio Free Asia (RFA), athletes from many European countries talked about their illness during their participation in the World Military Games in Wuhan last October.

French women’s modern pentathlon world champion Elodie Clouvel said she was sick with her boyfriend Valentin Belaud and many athletes of the French delegation at the time, and the symptoms were the same, and some athletes were still very sick heavily. At that time they thought they had influenza.

She said, "We recently saw a military doctor before he told us that he thought we were infected with this virus (referring to SARS-CoV-2) because many people in the French team had been sick."

Luxembourg swimmer Julien Henx also confirmed that at the Wuhan Military Games in October 2019, two members of their delegation also developed symptoms suspected of covid during the competition. He recalled, "200,000 Chinese volunteers go home late every night. It is likely that the contestants were infected with the virus. "

Matteo Tagliariol, a former Italian Olympic fencing champion, also told the media that during the participation in the Wuhan Military Games, he and five players who lived in the same room had symptoms similar to covid. It took them a long time to recover. He still had a high fever until one week after returning home. At that time, he had difficulty in breathing and found it "useless to take antibiotics." It took him three weeks to heal and he became weak. His son and wife also became sick.

According to RFA reports, many people in the Swedish delegation also got sick during the competition, including swimmer Raphael Stacchiotti.

According to statistics, the 7th CISM Military World Games held in 2019 was held in Wuhan, China from 18 October 27 October 2019. A total of 27 major events including shooting, swimming, track and field, and basketball were set up. Among other 329 small contests, a total of 9,308 soldiers from 109 countries signed up.

According to the National Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) report, some British and American intelligence agencies disclosed that after investigations, between 7 October and 24 October 2019, the P4 virus laboratory in Wuhan and its nearby mobile phones and signals sent and received completely disappeared, and during this time, the traffic in the area has also stopped. After research and judgment, this indicates that between 6 October and 11 October 2019, a "hazardous event" may have occurred in the local area.

The report entitled "MACE E-PAI COVID-19 ANALYSIS" on the cover alleges that the signals sent and received by the mobile phone in the Wuhan P4 laboratory and nearby suddenly and sharply reduced until they disappeared. The last mobile phone signal was initiated on 6 October 2019. It shows that a "hazardous event" may have occurred between 6 and 11 October 2019 and caused the laboratory to close.

The investigation images provided in this report show that the Wuhan P4 virus laboratory was completely shut down from 14 to 19 October 2019, and it is suspected that local authorities erected roadblocks in the area, prohibiting the flow of vehicles and people close to Wuhan P4 laboratory.

Another set of images shows that because all people entering the Wuhan Virus Laboratory must first pass through the place where it may be the entrance of the control building, there are many light spots on that location from August to 6 October last year, showing that the park of mobile phones send and receive signals frequently.

However, from 7 to 24 October 2019, the light spots on the entire laboratory campus showing the activity of mobile phone sending and receiving signals were all reset to zero. It was not until 25 October 2019 that the suspected control area access control locations began to appear again.

The report stated that the above information came from the personal mobile communication devices of some employees of the laboratory. Although this analysis report did not provide direct evidence to support the closure of the P4 laboratory and the leakage of the virus. If the laboratory did suddenly close, it can be regarded as indirect evidence of virus leakage.

The report also quoted US intelligence officials as saying that they are still collecting and screening more personal cell phone location information, and studying clues such as satellite images from the Wuhan P4 laboratory to further clarify what abnormal conditions have occurred in the Wuhan virus laboratory.

The research report published by the University of London College (UCL) Institute of Genetics in the journal Infection, Genetics and Evolution on 5 May 2020 showed that the team led by the head Francois Balloux judged that the initial time point of the covid outbreak of the People's Republic of China should be between "6 October 2019 to 11 December 2019", and SARS-CoV-2 quickly spread widely throughout the world from the beginning.

The French Broadcasting reported that when China and France cooperated in the construction of the Wuhan P4 laboratory, French experts on bacterial warfare, diplomacy and defense affairs, and the French General Secretariat of the Ministry of National Defense (SGDN) held reservations because of the previous French funding. The whereabouts of the P3 laboratory are unknown, and it is questioned that China will also use the P4 laboratory in the same way, just like "a chilling lack of transparency", which may be reduced to a "biological arsenal".
